Any way to slow down the aging process?

Well that leads us to wonder if there is a way to slow down premature skin aging process, is there? Of course there is! We can’t stop aging but we can steady the stages.
Below are a few ways you can help your skin stay young as long as possible:
Make sure to protect your skin from the sun by wearing sun cream if you are out as well as covering up and staying in the shade.
Stop smoking, I’m not sure if you are aware but smoking brings on wrinkles and dull skin super fast and we don’t want that!
I think this is an obvious one: eat a healthy and well-balanced diet.
Less your alcohol intake, it dehydrates the skin as well as damage it over time.
Exercise, it helps improve circulation.

What products to look out for!
It’s always much easier to shop when you know what you are on a look out for so to make life a little easier, I’ll give a few examples of the ingredients known to help calm characteristics associated with aging. Here we go!
Antioxidants- foods containing antioxidants are good for the health so applying it too is surely. Examples of these antioxidants are green tea extract, acai oil, caffeine, and salicylic to name a few. Antioxidants help to repair damage and slow aging process.
Vitamin C- as you age your skin looses it’s elasticity and collagen which would usually help keep our skins strong and flexible. So where does vitamin c come in? Well vitamin c could boost the collagen production therefore minimizing wrinkles and fine lines.
This acid is found in many products catered towards aging skin. You want to know why? It’s because our body naturally makes hyaluronic acid which help keep tissues all nice and plump as well as lubricated. Hyaluronic acid keep your skin all smooth.
These are just a few examples of helpful ingredients, there are a whole bunch more out there! So feel free to hunt them down!
